  • Don’t assume anything. Explain as detailed as possible
  • Don’t forget that you come from two different worlds.  Try to be patient and listen their real expectations
  • Don’t forget that although they know their needs you can guide them on how IT solutions can satisfy more than one.
  • Help them make a customized planning by adding steps they might had forgotten
  • Exercise pressure when it comes to deadlines and milestones.
