How can you best use the feedback given to you? The feedback the small retail has given you deviated from the plan, do you change the plan or stick to it. There are several ways to use the feedback given to you.

Tips & tricks

  • Be curious and ask questions
  • Share your plans and ask for support
  • Analyse the feedback and look for patterns
  • Try to understand the feedback, even when the way in which it is given is not friendly.

Examples

Small commerce has given some feedback to small digital. Instead of listening and asking questions about the feedback, small digital gets defensive and does not use any of the feedback. This causes problems for the collaboration because small commerce does not feel heard and small digital is offended.

 Checklist

  • Do you understand the feedback given?
    • If not, did you ask questions?
  • When updating the Small Commerce, share your plans and ask for support
  • Did you analyse the feedback and recognize any patterns?
    • If so, how are you going to tackle these patterns?
